Rick Hastings of SCJ Alliance discussed a concept called a graffiti wall where participants at a Jefferson Transit Authority open house Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2020, could write down community needs in a venn diagram. The Jefferson Transit Authority is seeking a balance between the frequency of bus stops at high-traffic areas and the service coverage in rural areas.
