The Tumwater City Council unanimously approved an agreement that will pave the way for a Toyota dealership at Israel Road and I-5.  Perry Shea, president and engineer with SCJ Alliance, which is working on the site plan, said the development can help alleviate traffic on nearby Trosper and Littlerock roads.
