Near Sunland Estates on the Columbia River, this site features a rock outcrop and beach access areas but lacks formalized parking areas, and as a result has suffered degradation.

SCJ Alliance has developed schematic design, permit drawings, and design development drawings for a low development level day use area. The proposed improvements provide structured day use elements including picnic areas, an overlook, paths, a vault toilet, and a passenger car parking area in an effort to restore the site while providing water-oriented day use access.
